Preventative Roof Maintenance
When was the last time your roof was serviced? Most building owners in the province would not be able to answer this question although it is a very important one. A roof that is not involved in routine maintenance can fall out of repair and lead to unexpected leaks. Whether your storing valuable inventory or running a small business, a roof leak can lead to major property damage and/or lost of business.
At CSL we recommend routine inspections/maintenance twice a year:
Once in the Fall before the Winter weather sets in
Once in the Spring after temps rise and snow melts
As part of our bi-annual inspection/maintenance program we offer:
Roof cleaning, including drains and gutters
A thorough inspection including all A/C units, roofing flashings and penetrations
Repair of any minor cracks, leaks or potential problem areas
A roof report outlining the work done and any future recommendations we might have
